Do you??

 Do you juice? I broke mine out last night after a long hibernation in my pantry and I'm jumping in head first!

I learned that with juicing and making smoothies you should use a 3-1 ratio. Three vegetables to one fruit. This morning I'm making the Make juice, not war green juice (catchy name given by Kris Carr).

2 Large Cucumbers

4-5 Romaine Leaves

4 Stalks Celery

2 Stems Parsley

Handful of Spinach

2 Pears (there's your fruit)

1" piece of gingerroot

You can always substitute greens for other ones like kale, broccoli, dandelion. Enjoy!
